Where is my refund?

My service ceased 2 months ago (17th May 3025) and I have still not received the account credit balance. I have seen posts on this forum where it stated the balance will be returned 14 days after return of equipment: this has clearly not happened. Where is my credit? Where is my compensation for Sky's late payment to me? How do I apply a reasonable late payment penalty on Sky?

@Collin3  You won't be entitled to a late payment fee from Sky, refunds normally take around 6 weeks.

 

Does the credit show on the account?   Is the payment method still in place.

 

If so we can ask the community messaging team to help, but will be tomorrow at the earlies before they contact you.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi, thanks for replying. Services ceased on ceased 17 May, bill generated on June 11 shows a credit amount.

Yes; direct debit was not cancelled as per instruction.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
