I have placed and order today, and have to sign 2 credit agreements, the link in the email isn't working it's just sending me to the home page of sky mobile; the other link that is on sky.com isn't working nor the app. I've used different devices to try and log in, I've removed and redownloaded safari and the sky app it's self and the non of the link will take me to the Credit Agreement

No, its take me to the sign your credit agreement link in the blue box , I click on the link and sign in, it takes me to the sky home mobile page with no mention on a credit agreement

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

That's what I'm finding too. Each time it says sign agreement it goes on to home page of phones

@Lauren190403 Just a thought, as you mentioned Safari.
Have you blocked pop-ups in Safari? If so, the page may be trying to open a pop-up where the credit agreement would be visible.
