As we're a customer Community,  nobody here can offer you a deal. Best to give Sky a call. Ask for cancellations/retentions.

Very elusive people. Only time they will get in touch with me is if I cancel my direct debit.

Actually they won't, they will simply restrict your services if you cancel your direct debit, by doing this you would be breaking the T & C's you've agreed to.

You need to call if you want a better deal, they are not elusive if you're patient and remain on the line and say nothing.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Huntlycrew

If you’re no longer in a discounted minimum term, or its ending soon the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

What they will try to do is offer you a better deal if you move away from Sky+ (which I presume is the platform you subscribe to as that's where you originally posted), so have a think about Sky Q, Glass or Stream before contacting.
