Website and App won't let me get Sky Glass

Good morning

I have called several times and no one has an answer for me and I am getting a little miffed.

I would like to upgrade to Sky Glassa and keep my puck for Whole Home.

Whether it is on the app or the website I am unable to proceed with this due to "technical difficulties". It is almost like Sky do not want any more of my money!!!!

I can go through the process as a new customer until it asks me for my details and then goes throught the log in process and then back to the "tecnical difficulties" message.

Can I get sky glass on line or do i need to cancel my contract and start all over again....

Someone please help me

If the website is playing up then calling should be the only way to get the order placed so why did they not do this for you ?

The people I spoke to did not fully understand the problem, I would like to see the details infront of me so both my wife and I can make a joint informed decision wqithout having to sit on the phone for 40 mins multiple times to get through...

They did offer however for some reason the line connection was poor.

When calling you do have to make your mind up there and then as the same offer might not be available should you call back at a later time.

Yup understand that which is why I weould like to do it on line so I can decide there and then....

The main point was why can I not complete this transaction on line - apparently it is because I have Sky Stream so cannot upgrade to Glass... But i can upgrade a phone despite having one - does not make sense to me.
