Want to renew broadband but not on phone

I am trying to renew my broadband package online but can't.  I'm out of contract and paying more than I was in contract.  I also want to include calls.

 

I can't be doing with another 30 minute phone call to have to do this.  Why can't I renew to a good deal online ?

To change yourSky Talk tariff you'll have to call Sky anyway.
