Want to rejoin Sky but no longer have my boxes

Hello, I couldn't find an answer to this on the Help pages or on this forum so hope someone can help me.

I cancelled Sky 8 months ago and sent back all my Sky Q boxes as well as my viewing card. I'm looking to rejoin as an existing customer as my account is still running. I understand to open a new account you need to wait 18 months but is it possible for me to rejoin and get a Sky Q box and viewing card sent out to me under my existing account?

I had phoned Sky on Sunday and they told me I could and I could set it up online but when I tried that it's only giving me the option to join  Sky Glass which I don't want to do. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not sure why they will have told you think as it should be possible for you to rejoin but you would have to do it via the phone so when you call them again make sure you let them know that you want to be a Sky Q customer and that you will need a box and viewing card.

Thanks for responding, to be honest when I spoke to the advisor it felt like they weren't really listening to what I was saying. I will give them a call tomorrow.

Unfortunately the Sky customer service experience will vary greatly depending on which agent answers your call

Note that if you do rejoin with Q, Sky is likely to assume you kept the viewing card and won't necessarily arrange despatch of a new one without prompting.
