Want to chat with advisor online

My free 2 month trial of cinema is due to end today.  I was told by the engineer who came out in Nov to deal with a problem and also by an advisor via chat I would get an email so I could say NO to carrying on with cinema but no email has been received and I DO NOT want to have cinema as I never used it

To remove part of your TV package you need to give 31 days notice. Make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. You may be able to remove it from your My Sky account at
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
otherwise you can either call Sky or use the messaging service to cancel this
