I signed up for a new 2 year deal a couple of weeks ago, as a loyalty thing I was given a £15.00 Tesco voucher that was to be Emailed to me, nothing has happened?

I finally spoke eith someone on the same day, who said they had already claimed the voucher for me and to wait for an email. I still have no email. This is so frustrating with the lack of contact options. I did use a text messaging number with a problem, but I can't find it again now.
