Vouchers for introducing a friend

My brother recommended me to sky. I joined in July we were supposed to both get £60 vouchers, we haven't. I've called twice and so has my brother, they keep promising it'll be a week and to keep checking my emails, last call was 3 weeks ago. I've checked my junk folder too, nothing. Gotta say I've not had a great experience with sky since joining and this is just another issue. What can I do at this point? I think they'll keep fobbing me off if I ring again? Any advice? Any one have the same issue?

Yes and they have confirmed it and are not arguing it, they agree I should have the Vouchers.

Everytime I have rang they have said that the vouchers are on the way. But then nothing. It's very frustrating as I can be in a queue for up to an hour to be fobbed off
