I got an email to claim on my £15 voucher I've logged on and it's already said it's been claimed, but I haven't got the voucher

At a guess it might take a few days before it is sent to you, if it is an online one then make sure you check your spam/junk/trash/bin folders on your email account incase it ends up in one of these.
