Voucher not received

I recommended my mum to sky in July and we were told we'd both receive a £75 voucher WITHIN 45days after the first bill was paid but nothing has been received.  This is not acceptable.

Did you mum sign up online via the link Sky emailed to her?

Yes and we both received an email confirming the voucher.  It states we'd receive it within 45 days from the date of the first direct debit but we've heard nothing since and this period has passed

Your mum should have used the link in the email she received so if she did then the voucher isn't sent out within 45 days but rather from 45 days.
