Voucher not received

I recently started a new contract with Sky and was promised an extra £50 voucher from the sales rep as part of the deal. However, I haven't received any emails regarding this nor can I view any information on the "your products" page on the main site. Could someone please confirm whether the £50 voucher was added to my account? Thanks!
