Vip winner

Hi guys, I have received an email saying that I won a VIP competition that I did enter but how do I know if the email is fake or real. The email is asking for my full Name and Address.

If you go back into the app and to the competitions section is there any notification there from Sky regarding this ?

Hello. Can I ask if this was ever resolved? I have also received an email telling me that I've won a competition that I did enter. I stupidly sent them my address without thinking and have been worrying ever since. I contacted online support and was advised to ignore the email, but like you, I don't think they knew what I was asking about. They have now sent me something in the mail, said that there may be customs charges and that they will reimburse them if they're are any. I now believe this to be a scam. Has anyone else received such emails?

I would say that is very likely to be a scam so should anything arrive do not accept it and also make sure you change your password on your email address.
