You will need to contact the ticketing team about this and you can do so via this email address - support @ skyticketit.com (no spaces)
What might have happened if that Sky only have a certain number of tickets and they over subscribe so should anyone not turn up that will still use their full allocation so winning a ballot might not guarantee entry as you have discovered. This is my take on it so might not be what has happened.
