VIP tier

I have recently moved house and was previously a gold member with  6 years membership, I moved with sky and now it has put me back to a silver tier and 0 years membership how is this correct

Broadband and mobile I transfered them both over through sky move so I was still an on going customer

We've been told that when completing a home move, if you have phone and broadband this will be a new contract as Sky have to cancel the line at the current address and take out a new one in the new address.


So this might explain the reduction in tier but give Sky a call to see if this is just a temporary blip.
