VIP competition

I won a competition today normally I can cancel tickets no problem via the app booking section but the tickets weren't there so hit confirm in the email and tried to cancel tickets but despite entering correct email address and booking id I couldn't cancel please help as I don't want restrictions on my account for entering future vip comps
