VIP REWARDS?!?!

So I've been a sky customer, from the time there were only about 3 free channels, but I have had a year-or-so off, due to living abroad etc.

As a 'valued' customer for over 35? years, sky reward me/us with tickets to enter raffles, to maybe get prizes, that were probably donated to sky anyway.

How is getting free tickets, for the chance to win, stuff that sky gets given, free; a reward for years/decades, of loyal custom.

When you add in the fact that new customers, usually get much better subscription deals than long-time customers; it does beg the question; why be loyal and what's the point of being 'rewarded', with a (slim!) CHANCE to possibly win, something that was donated to sky?

I ASK; WHAT IS THE POINT, OF BEING LOYAL AND WHY DOES SKY, VALUE LONG-TERM CUSTOMERS LESS THAN NEWBIES?!

Better than nothing, perhaps?

Most customers aren't 'loyal'. They simply stay with Sky because Sky provides a service they want at a price they consider acceptable. Most customers won't stay with Sky because of a sense of 'loyalty' if it cost too much.

Re: VIP REWARDS?!?!

Anyone familiar with the work of William Edwards Deming and others , would immediately realise that SKY simply don't care about 'delighting their customers' (removed)

I'll be leaving very soon😉
