Hi i had a call from an agent saying I can get ultimate + cinema for an extra £1.33 extra a month so said yes then after it was done my bill went from £35 to £103 I contacted sky after about 8 different areas i was taken to spoke to someone and he reasured me everything would be put back to what I originally had and bill would be £35 but it would take 72 hours to show on bill well that was 3 says ago and still my bill shows 103 for the next month what can I do now

If you future bills are also incorrect then I would put in a complaint giving the date and time that they called you so if needs be someone can listen to what was said to you:
