Upgrade from stream to Q

Hi there. I'm in the middle of upgrading from Sky Stream to Q and I've received an unexpected bill for streaming?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

If your switch to Sky Q hasn't completed,  you'll continue to be billed for Sky Stream.
