I have recently moved home and have already installed my Sky Q equipment. I am now trying to update my address, but it is proving impossible to do so.
I have tried calling Sky, but the waiting times are currently extremely long. As someone who works, it is unreasonable to expect a customer to remain on hold listening to hold music for that length of time. There appear to be no alternative contact methods available for this type of request.
Does anyone have the postal address or Email for Sky Ireland so that I can update my details in writing?
