Unwanted Deals

I wish to remove the offers of Sky Sports and Sky Movies grom my account.  I did not request these and they were added when a sky engineer came to fix a faulty satellite dish.  I cannot find a route through your app or web page to remove them from my acount.  Please help!

If you don't remove them, you'll be charged once the initial free period has expired.
