Unlink HBO Max

Hi everyone, so, the free hbo max has been linked to a different account that already pays, I would like it unlinked so the free subscription isn't wasted and can go to another account. I have tried the sky assistant, no chance getting through to talk to someone there, also I have called and they couldn't help me either. So please can someone help me out from here Thank you
