Unknown subscription Direct Debit charge .
I have a monthly subscription charge of £49.00 being taken directly from my bank. There is no reference number for this. I have not signed up to anything and so far they have taken £245.
As there is no reference or account number I am struggling to discuss this with Sky to get to the bottom of it. Can anybody help?

@LouiseR1 if you have no subscription with Sky, and have not signed up to a direct debit, I would speak to your bank to cancel the direct debit, and raise an indemnity claim under the Direct Debit Guarantee, for the payments you've already made, on the basis that you've not authorised them.

If you have a local branch still, pop in and ask them for all the details they have on it first off.
