Unfair increases

As a 26yr customer giving Sky around £2000 per annum I am dismayed by increases twice this year in my mobile account and TV /Broadband. I have been loyal to Sky . It appears loyalty is a disadvantage. They don't appreciate my £2k. Looking for alternatives now unfortunately and cancel the lot !!

@DAVID+ALEXANDER  What you pay Sky is completely irrelevant as Sky have their annual price rise oddly enough every year, this is within the T&C's you have agreed to, given you state you've been a customer of 26 years you'll have experienced such prices rises  every year you've been with Sky, so really shouldn't be coming as a surprise.

It is up to you to look at alternatives to get the best deals or speak to Sky to negotiate new deals, if you don't do this then nothing will happen.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@DAVID+ALEXANDER

Those increases are nothing new. The annual price review, ultimately leading to an increase, is in April every year. There was a mobile increase in February if I remember correctly.

It's up to you if you wish to cancel, as long as you're able to.

Re: Unfair increases

[Removed]...obviously can afford ANY increase. Must LOVE Sky beyond the norm.

Try being retired and on pension.

Perhaps a chipped firestick is the way.

But my honest and law abiding mind doesn't allow that.

Thanks for your Sky sycophantic patronising vew points.
