Unexpected Charge

I have had sky broadband since September last year. I am paying £28 a month for it currently as part of the deal. This amount appears on my bills on the app. 

however a recent check of my bank statement has shown sky has charged me £19 for the last few months. I'm not sure where this amount has come from or what it is for. No charge or product of £19 is on any of my bills

Is this £19 as well as the £28 you're paying for broadband? Is it exactly the same amount every month? Do you have any Sky products other than Broadband/Talk?
