Unauthorised charges and returns

I removed all Sky subscriptions months ago as it was unfeasible and Sky is still charging and returning the charged fees like I am still on the system. 

 

Please remove me from the system and if it is automated I would like to also be permanently removed.

How did you cancel your Sky subscriptions? Did you receive an email confirmation of the cancellation? Did you return any loaned equipment and keep the proof of postage?
