Hello,
I have repeatedly tried to update my email address through the account information on My Sky. However every time I've tried this I get a message stating 'Your email address cannot be updated. Please try again later.'
I have searched online and I can see others have had the same issue, however I cannot see how the issue was resolved.
Please advise?
