Unable to unlink old account

Hello,

 

I used to be a Sky customer 3 years ago, and will reactivate the broadband service in 2 weeks.

 

I logged into my old Sky account and got these messages:

When clicking the button above, the following error is displayed. Please can someone help me? Thank you!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

I'm not sure that unlinking button works anymore so one thing you could try is because you are returning after being away for 3 years you will need to setup a new account so if you want to use the same email address it needs to be removed from the old one first, just put anything in it's place as all things being well it should then allow you to use the same email address when setting up your new Sky ID.
