Unable to talk to adviser

I am trying to get through to an adviser as BT sport has appeared on my bill and I have not requested this. However I cant get through to an adviser until i have paid my bill !! 

I am unable to pay bill until BT has been removed.

Catch 22 !!

That's correct. If you've missed a payment you can't speak to Sky until you pay what you owe and set up a new continuous payment method.

If your services have been suspended then paying the bill and getting your services back and working will be the only way you will be able to talk to them as Sky have a policy of asking people to pay what they owe before you can discuss issues with them.

@Anonymous once you've paid the arrears, you'll be able to discuss your bill. If Sky have made a mistake, they'll refund you, of course.
