Unable to resubscribe

Good morning! I'm a pensioner who cancelled his subscription a year or so ago, after getting what was thought to be a terminal condition. Happily, I am now cured, but have spent months trying to resubscribe. It's fine until I input my post code, then it cuts off and says service not available. Am I banned from Sky forever?

Glad to hear you're on the mend. What are you trying to subscribe to? If it's Sky Q for example, you can only do that now by calling Sky.
