Unable to log in Disney plus

Activated free subscription with my sky email. Partner already had a Disney plus via Disney app so cancelled that one. Didn't link emails through sky Disney. When I go to log in through sky, Disney is trying to charge me for a plan. Yet sky account says free Disney is already activated. Cannot log in to Disney without it asking what plan do I want. Help needed!
