Unable to contact sky

Sky want to charge me for products I closed in January. There is no way of calling a human to explain their error. Just automated responses.

When you cancelled in January did you get an email acknowledgement of the cancellation ?

 

Have you been billed each month since January ?

You should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

After hours of conversations with SKY I am told my issues are resolved and not to worry Sky internal will clear the debt that was incorrectly applied. Fast forward 1 month. Not only am I still receiving emails saying I owe money. I have also received a box in the post to return my Sky Equipment.....Sky customer services can see I have closed the TV account and returned the equipment back in March......I have emails confirming all of the above......Simply terrible service, I will now look to move my mobile accounts and cut all ties with SKY after 10 years.

@MrBar may well be actions generated automatically by whatever Sky are doing in the background to resolve the issues.
