Unable to access the sky stream package builder

Hi all

Im trying to build a package as i want to take out sky stream however over the last couple of weeks whenever i try and click the "lets get started" button, the builder presents itself for about a second, then the below appears...

Ive tried turning off adblock, tried using my VPN, even tried a different browser, but all result the same. is anyone else having this issue or has it simply been down for a long time?

The only way to get this order placed would be by calling Sky.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
