Unable to access my account
I am unable to sign into my account because the system does not recognise my postcode.

You will have to contact Sky about this so the number might be visible at the end of the help flow:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
