I joined nearly a year ago for sky broadband and I've never been able to view my account information. I accidentally signed up using work email address, then corrected it but since then I've never been able to set up my account. Allows me to log in but says I don't have any sky products.
Money is coming out of my bank and I have internet!

How did you correct this email address issue, did you then setup another Sky ID ?
