Unable to Sign up to Sky ID

I recently joined Sky for broadband and I downloaded the app set up my account and it asks for either a Sky ID which I haven't been given yet or the last 6 digits of my bank account I pay with.. which I haven't had a bill yet? What can I do? Wait a month??

To sign in to this community forum you used a Sky ID. Can you login to the app with those same credentials?

I see your point.. but every time I log in it says set up your account and I am unable to set it up to access my account details so to speak.

When you placed the order you must have provided these payment details so have you tried setting up a Sky ID using them ?
