Ultimate TV Pack

I have sky signature. Included in sky signature when I agreed my contract was netflix with ads.

Checked bill and seen Ultimate TV Pack added (not by me the account holder)

Contacted sky to ask about this and they said it was a mistake and they will remove it.

On the confirmation email they have sent it also includes removing of Netflix.

Can somebody confirm that sky have decided to go against their contract agreement in providing netflix with sky signature to change customers for that under the new branding of ultimate TV pack.

Hi @Mandrews   Ultimate TV means different things depending on your TV subscription platform?

@Mandrews with Sky Q the netflix add on is the Ultimate TV pack so removing that will remove Netflix. What I think you need to be asking Sky is why you are being charged for it if you were told you would get Netflix for free

Signature, in itself, does not include NetFlix.

It was often bundled with NetFlix (as Ultimate TV) - as noted, you won't get NetFlix unless the line item is in your package.

However, it's the discounted (if still within a minimum term) amount payable that matters.

Even if 'free' it will be listed along with an associated discount, potentially to £0.  (But some discount may be spread across Signature).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

When you signed up and Sky said they would  add netfilx as part of your  package as stated above on Sky Q the ultimate tv pack is just another name for basic Netflix with ads as that all it includes. So giving you the ultimate tv pack on Sky Q is including Netflix with ads in your. package as they said.  The ultimate tv pack has always been a changed extra.. I don't know  why Sky don't  revert to just calling the iteam Netflix  with ads it would make things unstable on people's bill But the insist still calling it "ultimate tv pack which what is was called when Netflix ads was add with the demand programming in 2018. However when the entainment package  was changed to signature the demand programming was add to that and the ultimate tv pack was left with basic Netflix with adds the cost of the pack was reduce to the present amount but still called the ultimate tv pack for some reason,  However the upshot is if you don't want ultimate tv pack you won't have Netflix as that all the ultimate pack is. Only if you had Sky stream would the ultimate tv be including Netflix with ads because on Sky stream ultimate is the name of one of that system entertainment packsages where as on Q the entertainment package is called Signature and Netflix with ads is chargeable extra Calle ultimate tv pack as described above, I agree all very confusing.
