@pa+audain
It’s Unipart that deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse. If you have the proof it should be a fairly straightforward process.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

This link explains what happens.

Hi @pa+audain

An invite was sent but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.

If you still need help with this please let us know by posting on the forum again and we will get it escalated through to us.

Thanks
Tom

Return of

Hi community

I am receiving txts from sky re the return of their equipment.
I have a link with the texts but it doesn't ask about return problems, ie do you have a receipt.

I have a receipt, and I want this question to be asked rather than sky continually asking, please return your equipment.
Can anyone help?

@pa+audain

I have moved your latest post into your original thread as it's not a Sky Accessibility issue.

I escalated your first post to Sky but you didn't participate in the chat invite that was offered.

Re: Txt re re returning equipment

Thanks for your text. I need to resolve this issue. I have been with sky for a long time.
this is very dissapointing service.
They need to record returns.
This would preclude the need to harass former customers.
If they value their product, they should contact me to resolve this issue.

@pa+audain

So, to ask the question again ~ do you want your post escalating to Sky again?

@pa+audain

You were given help back on the 1st September via a private message from Sky here but you did not respond to it so do you want Sky to contact you again via here and if so will you be able to respond to the chat ?
