Two charges for 28 April

Hi,

 

I've been charged  twice, £20 and £15 for this past month when it shoud be £25, why is this, or is it a mistake?

As fellow customers we obviously can't see your bills. The online bill should show what the payments are for.

What dose your bill say for these  amount as it should be fully itemised

Do any of you lot who have replied work for Sky?

 

If not why are you replying?

 

The bill is wrong, should be £25 not £35!
