Two accounts mixed up?

I used to have Sky tv products a year or so back which I eventually cancelled. I've just recently logged into my sky app to look for a phone deal but noticed its somehow mixed my sky account up with my fathers? It sounds bizarre but it's showing my fathers address, my fathers tv/bb bills and '22 year diamond vip' on login which is 100% my fathers since I'm only 26 years old. I'm literally son confused because when I go to my products it's only showing a sim only which IS mine but then everything else on the account is my fathers??

It could be that when you ordered the sim for some reason you were logged in with your fathers account hence it being on there as I don't think there can be any other way it has been added to his account.
