I had a sky tv account that terminated on 10 November 2020.
Signed upfor SkyQ in July 2022 and my account details are mixed up. I canot access my bills, it is showing an old address for the service but my new address for billing. If I try to change the old address it asks about moving home.
Email address has not changed so signing in takes me to old account.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe simplest way around it is to create a new Primary SkyID. You'll then be able to link your new Sky account to it and view your bills etc without a problem.
You can't use the same email address for both your new SkyID and the old one.

All you should need to do @Daveskycustomer is to remove your email address from your old account here:
https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/
As this account is closed it shouldn't matter what you use there. Once you have done this logout and you should then be able to use this email address with your new account.
