Tv services

Hi ive joined with use got told that ive got an activation date for the 27th of september but ive just got a bill took out my bank now how is that when none of my services are working yet

@Joesie123  Which TV service do you have as Sky offer Sky Q & Sky Glass/Stream.

 

If Sky stream activation happens 14 days after delivery.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
