Tv blocked

I've made a payment which has failed on the app but you still took the money from my account now you've blocked my tv amd asking for the payment what on earth is going on sky

That is a question for Sky.  What happens when you call?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

This could have all started if you've made an unnecessary manual payment. 

 

Are your services now restricted as you say your TV is blocked?

Does your Sky bill now show that this bill has been paid and nothing else is owed ?
