Tv bill

I recently renewed my contract with sky after originally deciding to cancel but with one day left before my service was cancelled I was offered a better deal, but why wasn't I offered this originally, as now have a service charge added to my account and also my next predicted bill is £247+

Sky can and do make and withdraw offers at any time.There's no rule which says they have to make a particular offer at a particular time.

@Butch25

If you are staying with Sky then your next bill after renewing will be higher as it could well cover more than the usual 4 weeks so have you looked to see what your following bill shows ?

Re: Tv bill

Yes my next monthly bills are £82 so two months should be £164 so where is the £247 coming from?

If you can't find it on your online bill, you might need to ask Sky. We customers here have no way of knowing.

Your online bills will fully itemise.

One possibility is the amount was fully undiscounted.  (Which should hopefully correct itself as the bill was likely generated prior to agreeing a new deal)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
