I was due to pay my sky tv bill a few months ago but unfortunately due to have a loss of job and personal issues I fell behind I have now paid of the amount owed of £76 and set up to pay monthly again from the same account still can't watch the tv on the box what's going on?

The article suggests restarting your glass / stream device, however you mention that your payment was overdue for a few months, according to that article sky cancel your account after 40 days. The only way to restore in this case is to call sky.
