Trying unsuccessfully to pay a bill online.
I need to pay a bill online. My debit card was cancelled because of it being hacked. I have a new one which I want to pay bill with

@caroljh13 If you have a direct debit setup having a debit card cancelled won't affect this so you don't need to be making a manual payment.
Did you not setup a direct debit?

You can change your payment card via the MySky app or online here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bill/change-payment-method

You will have to phone Sky to get them to update this for you.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Say No when asked if you want a text or to go online then stay on the line.
