Hi!
I was with Sky for TV & broadband until the end of 2022. When my current BT runs out out the end of the year I was looking at comeing back to Sky for boadband and Sky Stream. When I check prices by going through the order process, it comes back with an error saying I am not able eligable.
When I cancelled originally there was a positive balance on my account for about 18 months until I recently had the refund. Would it be that causeing the system to think i am not a "new" customer?
I also tried entering a new email but it said my address was tied to another email.
