Trying to find how to cancel or reduce my package costs with Sky is so frustrating. No straightforward link or number. AI bot is useless when you just need to speak to someone. Just going to cancel payments and then I'm sure someone may actually call me. Funny if you want to upgrade you can do it an instant but reducing is impossible. Sky, make it easier to talk to someone please.

Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you still can't cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky will involved a debt recovery company.
What service are you trying to cancel?

Cancelling payments will put you in breach of contract, incur late payment charges and could affect your credit file.
