Trying to book a move home but getting error message saying i'm not the primary account holder

You need to be the primary account holder to book a home move is showing when i'm trying to access the moving home page.

Give Sky a call to arrange your Broadband home move and report what's happening as well. Just dial 150 from your Sky Talk landline when they open later.
