Trying to Sign up but getting Create Order Failure

Hi, I've been through the sign-up process 4 times (3 times on two different laptops and 1 time on a mobile phone) after entering my Direct Debit details (4 times !) it fails to move on to the next section and doesn't complete my order. The end of the URL address it comes back with says "create order failure". Can you please let me know why this and how I can complete my order, this is incredibly frustrating from Sky !

Is there a Contact Centre number I can call to complete this order ?

As we are customers here we can't even bgining to explain why that is happening so you will have to call Sky to get the order placed:
